Choose a curtain fullness ratio for light coverage, standard folds, full fabric, or extra full decorative panels.

Fullness is the relationship between fabric width and window width. More fullness creates deeper folds; less fullness creates a flatter, simpler look.

Fullness Ratios

• 1.5x works for light coverage or tight spaces.
• 2x is the standard starting point for many rooms.
• 2.5x adds a fuller look for living rooms and bedrooms.
• 3x works well for sheers and decorative softness.

Style Note

Sheer curtains often look better with extra fullness because thin fabric can look sparse at lower ratios.
